Up to now, the company has 8 lines of elasticizing facilities (daily output of polyester/poly-amide yarn: 50 tons), 25 sets of warping machine (daily output of microfiber towel: 35 tons), 36 sets of twin-rapier loom (daily output of microfiber woven fabric: 8 tons), 30 sets of weft machine (daily output of weft weaving fabric and coral fleece fabric : I5 tons), 42 sets of automatic over-locking machine (daily output of finished towels: 1 million pcs), Dyeing capacity: 150 tons per day.

From elasticizing, beam-warping, weaving, dyeing, to cutting, sewing(manual/automatic) and packaging. All production processes have been independently controlled, so as to achieve qaulity control from very beginning. After years of technology accumulation, the company has the ability to develop and improve most of the microfiber products.

In recent years, In response to the global carbon neutral strategy, the company has built a solar power equipment wastewater disposal system with GRS certification throughout all production procedures. Different recycled microfiber products can be produced according to customers’ requests. So far, the company has been certified to the ISO9001 standard system and GRS, BSCI, SCAN, FCCA, CINTAS, HOME DEPOT audits. Through the 24-hour real-time monitoring, and meticulous anti-terrorism measures, production and transportation of goods are secured and safeguarded.
